is the best way to search for products on the site? |

Are the knife
edge nozzles the only type available? |

• A full range of standard
nozzles are available for drying, curing, shrink wrapping,
and various other tasks. Several are priced and discounted
in the store.
• Contact a Bayzi representative for a detailed quote or
custom design for your application. |
| How much does
the knife edge nozzle lower output temperature? |
| |
• ~300°C when using the 4.5”
nozzle with the LTA750-2INL model. |
| What is the temperature
uniformity across the knife edge nozzle? |
| |
• Very good compared to other
knife edges available. We have found ±10°C on the 4.5” nozzle
with the proprietary diffuser. Your application also impacts
this value. |
| Can my maintenance
tech work on the hot air tools? |

Maintenance on the hot air tools should not be attempted
in the field. Contact your Bayzi representative in the unlikely
event you experience problems with your unit. |
| What is the anticipated
life for the hot air products? |
| |
• Life expectancy is affected
by many factors including; vibration, shock, oil, and water
in the compressed gas.
• Supply, and loss of air flow. For longest life avoid vibration
and shock, use only clean, dry compressed
gas, and insure power is never on to the heater module without
minimum air flow. |
| Are replacement
heater modules available for the hot air tools? |

• Maintenance on the hot air
tools should not be attempted in the field. Contact your
Bayzi representative in the unlikely event you experience
problems with your unit.
